* Horses under three years old will be worked no more than 5 times per week
**Horses in finish training will be worked 5-6 times per week, one of those days will be by the owner/rider in a private lesson.

LESSONS:

Lessons from beginner through intermediate level riders in Dressage, Jumping, Three- Day Eventing, Conditioning, and Horsemanship.
Private lesson within 40 miles round trip................$50.00/hr
Group lesson within 40 mile round trip...................$45.00/hr per rider
Private lesson outside 40 miles round trip..............$70.00/hr
Group lesson outside 40 miles round trip...............$65.00/hr per rider
**Multi privates outside 40 miles round trip............$60.00/hr
**Multi group outside 40 miles round trip...............$55.00/hr per rider

**Multi private or multi group applies when there is more than one rider or group taking lessons in consecutive order during the day.

Multi weekly lessons or weekly family lessons will receive a discount.

 *These fees do not include ring and/or other fees requested by the riding facility.

Lessons cancelled without 24 hour notice and without being rescheduled for the same week are subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Consultation/evaluation on horses.............$40.00 an hour or $160.00 per trip.
Body Clip................................................$100.00 per horse
Mane Pulling...........................................$50.00 per horse
Foal Halter Training..................................Determined after evaluation
Seller Agent Fee......................................l5% of Sale Price

SHOW FEES:
Grooming..............................................$40.00 per horse
Braiding................................................$45.00 per horse
Coaching..............................................$30.00 an hour or $200.00 a day.
Riding...................................................$35.00 per class
Transportation.......................................$1.40 per mile

A LATE FEE OF $40.00 WILL BE ADDED TO ALL BILLS NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS.
Owners/riders are responsible for all feed, vitamin, vet, shoeing, and upkeep of horses' unless otherwise negotiated.
